Leads to Help You Grow

As part of the association's efforts to help you survive and thrive in these tough economic times, CLCA watches for opportunities to promote our industry. Sometimes we come by opportunities that could lead to business for our members. Opportunities will be a grab bag of surprises; some relevant for your business, others not; some located nearby, others at the far side of the state. Not everything will apply to you, but check back often.

List of Projects Recommended to The Obama team Òready to go if funds approvedÓ as per below – Watch for potential projects in your area – Lots of CA work – many include or could possibly include landscaping

Background behind report: A week after the release of this first report, President-elect Obama stated a goal of creating 2.5 million jobs in America by 2011 – a goal strongly supported by the nationÕs mayors.  The President-elect described a two-year initiative to rebuild the nationÕs crumbling infrastructure.  In response, the Conference invited cities to again submit information on  infrastructure projects, this time on projects that could start quickly in 2009 and be completed by the end of 2010.  This is the list under review now.
